Job Description

Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients can Thrive with Purpose and receive the quality care they deserve.

We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in the Concord, NC (28027) area. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of our client are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.

Schedule & Hours (Part-Time)

Location: Concord, NC (ZIP 28027)
Community Living Support (CLS) Hours:
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Respite Hours:
- Sunday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (during soccer season)

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities.
Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events.
Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.
Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Required) .
Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (Preferred) .
Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required) .
Ability to pass a background check.
