Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
Configuring and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud modules, the full-time Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will support HR/Payroll users, troubleshoot configuration issues, and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, and Security Build and manage job structures, work relationships, eligibility rules, workflows, and security roles Support post-go-live stabilization, troubleshoot issues, and review quarterly Oracle releases for system impact Required qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data management Experience with OTBI reporting and workflow configuration Understanding of HR processes, including the hire-to-retire lifecycle Ability to analyze cross-module impacts and data flow
