Night Auditor

Hourly wage: $21.30 Position: Night Auditor (Regular full‑time) Shift: 3rd shift; must be available on weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for the property according to cash handling policy and procedures. Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Facilitate check‑in/check‑out procedures to assist owners/guests with early departures or late arrivals. Answer texts/telephone inquiries and address guest requests or concerns. Welcome, greet guests, anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Be able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
