In this role you’ll own high‑complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter. What You’ll Do Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA) Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps Validate against primary source docs Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence) Requirements Strong EDD + BSA/AML knowledge Experience with complex/multi‑jurisdiction structures Excellent analytical writing Ability to manage high‑volume, concurrent cases Nice to Have Cayman frameworks (VASP, SIBA, CARF) Adverse media tools (Greenlite, Socure) Crypto/DeFi onboarding OFAC / sanctions Compensation This is a high‑autonomy role where you’ll work directly with innovative, early‑stage startups, gaining exposure to complex business models and global operations.
