Event Associate

Why this role exists: This is an entry-level, on-site position that combines live-event execution with face-to-face marketing and audience engagement. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. A Typical Day May Include Represent campaigns at events, venues, and promotional sites Engage attendees and explain products, services, or initiatives Assist with event setup, displays, materials, and logistics Capture feedback and support campaign goals Who tends to thrive here: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
