The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of a fast casual dining establishment, managing a small team of 1-10 staff members. This full-time onsite role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory control, and upholding quality assurance standards to deliver a consistent and satisfying dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service to ensure positive guest experiences
- Maintain accurate inventory control and stock levels
- Oversee quality assurance to uphold food and service standards
- Supervise and support a small team of staff members
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate daily operations to maximize efficiency
- Address and resolve customer and staff issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older

- Entry-level experience in restaurant management
- Team leadership skills
- Inventory management knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with food safety compliance
- Effective communication abilities
