Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience. Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation. What We’re Looking For A valid and unencumbered state nursing license. Experience in assisted living or memory care is a bonus; a collaborative spirit is essential. One or more years of experience as an LPN. Exceptional character—someone who will always do what’s right with a reliable work ethic.
