Welder/Fitter Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Welder/Fitter with strong fabrication and welding skills to join our team. Candidates must have experience working with stainless steel and aluminum and be proficient in TIG welding. Zip Code: 77362 Pay Rate $28-30 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Welder/Fitter Duties and Responsibilities Perform fitting and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials according to specifications. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met. Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Welder/Fitter Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 5 years of Welder/Fitter experience required. Strong knowledge of stainless steel and aluminum fabrication. TIG welding experience required. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, sit, grasp, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the entire shift. Must speak and understand English. Reliable transportation required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
