UX Developer Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with developers, prod uct managers, and stakeholders to align design goals.
• Provide design feedback and ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
• Stay Current with UX Best Practices:
• Research and adopt the latest UX design tools, trends, and methodologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
• Requirements

Education, Licensure & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
• Skills & Experience:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
