Nuclear Medicine Technologist PET/CT

Variable start times with rotating weekend shifts; weekday and weekend call; occasional overtime.

Guaranteed hours may vary with possible call-off once per two-week pay period.

Minimum of 1 year experience required; first-timers accepted.

PET experience highly preferred.

ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification and CA state license required.

BLS certification required.

Strong experience with Siemens equipment preferred.

Perform PET/CT and general nuclear medicine procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safety protocols regarding radioactive materials.

Manage intravenous access and perform venipuncture as needed.

Contribute to the care of patients across various age groups from neonates to geriatrics.

Assist in the training of new staff members and uphold quality control standards.

Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); request for time off must be disclosed at submission.
