Packaging Clerk

In this role, you will help prepare products for shipment or storage and support the organization and movement of inventory items. You will also learn how to gather and prepare packaging materials, assemble bases and crates, and follow established processes to help ensure products are packaged safely and accurately. What you will do:

• Package products for shipment using boxes, crates, and other materials
• Gather and prepare packaging supplies and shipping materials
• Follow established procedures to ensure products are packaged safely and accurately
• Use RF scanners to process and fulfill orders
• Assist with inventory activities, including cycle counts
• Complete basic shipping paperwork and labeling
• Operate a manual pallet jack to move materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify and report equipment or quality concerns
• Support continuous improvement and warehouse efficiency initiatives
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ERP experience SAP Preferred.
• Safety aware.
• Ability to operate basic packaging tools (e.g., tape guns, shrink wrap).
• Good time management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, push, pull for long periods throughout the day and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.
• Ability to consistently meet expectations.
• Ability to work overtime.
