The Enclave at Rye is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nursing professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and leading a strong clinical team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care on assigned shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. This role provides leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the nursing team while maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure high standards of resident care and safety are consistently maintained
• Monitor, evaluate, and document resident conditions and clinical changes
• Provide clinical guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation
• Respond to resident emergencies and clinical situations as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and leadership
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning as needed
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting strongly preferred
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
