Nurse Manager (Cardiac Cath Lab) -Tamarac, FL

Full-Time | Days | No Weekends

Compensation: $43-$61/hr

Qualifications

\n
• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or recognized compact licensure, subject to Florida licensing requirements.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
\n
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
\n
• Minimum 3 years of clinical Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience in an acute-care setting.
\n
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a Charge Nurse, Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or in Nursing Management.
\n
• Minimum 3 years of Cardiovascular Lab (CVL) clinical experience.
\n
• Minimum 2 years of CVL leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, or above.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, team coordination, and resource management skills.
\n
• Ability to promote patient safety, quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient departmental operations.
\n
