We seek candidates that are self‑directed, high energy, and have advanced computer skills. Requirements Solid work history including 3-5 recent years providing administrative support Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including attorneys, paralegals and other assistants throughout the Firm Intermediate to advanced-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software Experience with E‑filing (federal and state) a plus Experience using timekeeping software and document management systems Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to multi-task Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment Exposure to Litigation preferred Exposure to the following practice areas, or a desire and ability to learn these areas, is necessary: Environmental, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Litigation, and TORT #J-18808-Ljbffr
