PR Assistant

Job Description Execute and manage sample requests from fashion editors, stylists, VIPs, internal teams, and sister agencies. Coordinate daily US sample loans from start to end: send-out, tracking, and returns. Lead and execute international sample shipments. Prepare international shipping documentation and monitor tracking information through delivery and return. Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners to ensure samples arrive and return on time and in appropriate condition. Liaise closely with global PR teams, international agencies, stylists, editors, and internal departments to confirm sample availability and shipping requirements. Maintain accurate sample trackers and records, including sample location, recipient, shipment status, and return dates. Assist with organizing and maintaining NYHO's sample inventory and showroom to ensure pieces are easily accessible and properly logged. Maintain sample condition: organize dry cleaning and repairs as needed. Prepare showroom for PR meetings including but not limited to Press Previews. Ensure PR supplies are stocked for NYHO and sister agencies as needed. Ensure PR supplies are stocked for NYHO and sister agencies as needed. Press, Events, and Reporting Support the PR Team with event planning, logistics and execution. Work closely with key stakeholders on the coordination of events including seasonal press previews, global brand activity, and in-store events; focusing on but not limited to production, guest dressing, gifting, and reporting. Lead execution of PR reports, including but not limited to the monthly press report, global event activity recaps, and regional retail-related strategy and activity reports. Swiftly provide press assets and credits when requested, sharing brand news when outreached. Develop relevant media contact lists for specific projects and remain updated on industry press movements. Admin Maintain evergreen media contact list. Prepare showroom for presentations, fittings, and appointments.
