Job Description The Campaign Management team is responsible for end‑to‑end project management and cross‑functional support of all Marketing campaigns. This role leads project management for all ad‑hoc requests that are separate from specific Originals Series titles/campaigns, including video, design, and interactive requests, FYC/Awards campaign, and Brand projects. It also supports Campaign Managers with the project coordination of their series titles. Responsibilities Oversee video, design, and interactive ad‑hoc requests from concept through delivery. Projects include video Amazon rotators, press kits/mailers, company signage and materials, and other one‑off requests from cross‑functional teams (Brand Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Corp Comm, PR/Events, Facilities, etc.). Liaise between project requester and Creative Services (video, design, & interactive) and/or external agency to ensure project briefs and creative direction are clearly communicated. Organize and lead kickoff and creative status meetings to ensure projects stay on track and on budget. Build out workback schedules for each project request and effectively communicate any challenges or shifts in timeline during the project lifespan. Manage proofing workflow in the project management tool (Adobe Workfront) to ensure all proper stakeholders are assigned and feedback/approvals are received in a timely manner. Act as point of contact with external agencies and project‑manage assets, including onboarding agencies, supplying necessary materials, and working with Legal to draft the final Scope of Work ahead of project start. Support Campaign Managers on Original Series titles/campaigns by scheduling meetings, managing timelines and due dates, coordinating assets, and communicating cross‑functionally to ensure all parties are aligned and have what they need. Identify workflow opportunities while managing projects and implement new process solutions to improve those workflows. Qualifications & Skills 3–4 years of project management experience preferred. Clear verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving ability in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to balance numerous projects with competing deadlines. Knowledge of video, design, interactive/digital, and post‑production technologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and project management tools such as Adobe Workfront. Compensation $65,000 - $75,000 Benefits Full coverage – Medical, Vision, and Dental.
