Fabrication Support

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Fabrication Support to join their team. As a Fabrication Support, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Fabrication Support
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Range: $20+/hour
Shift: Fourth Shift Friday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision, culture, and strategies
- Ensure safety is prioritized by following all safety programs and guidelines
- Set up and operate equipment efficiently to maximize output and meet quality standards
- Rotate job tasks regularly to prevent fatigue and injury, especially during strenuous or repetitive activities
- Accurately fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing orders and verifying specifications
What's Needed?
- Basic computer skills and ability to recognize safety concerns
- Ability to use inspection equipment effectively
- Strong motivation and self-starting attitude
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints and inspect parts according to specifications
