Customer Care Associate (Outpatient) – Contract (17 Weeks) Schedule Day Shift 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) Auto Offer Position Summary & Responsibilities Provide front office support and high-quality customer service Answer calls, schedule, register, and check in patients Verify insurance, process forms, and maintain accurate records Coordinate referrals and obtain authorizations Handle payments, balance cash drawer, and manage billing data Maintain clean, organized front desk and waiting areas; perform quality checks Support clinic operations, reporting, and administrative tasks Required Qualifications Ability to perform front office and administrative duties Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and data entry Basic computer and office system proficiency Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (preferred) Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Integrity Team player Critical thinker Organizational Requirement Must comply with required vaccinations (medical/religious exemptions may apply) #J-18808-Ljbffr HiredFirst
