Production Technician

Lindsay Windows is looking for quality minded individuals to work in our production area.

Your responsibilities:

• Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measurer, etc.
• Lifting/moving/placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements within this position:

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Lift and transfer 35lbs frequently throughout the course of the day.
• Lift and transfer 50lbs occasionally throughout the course of the day.
• Reach overhead occasionally.
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.

Your compensation:

• Starting at $17.00 per hour.
• Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE).
