What you will do Lead a team of driven QA pros ensuring our titanium parts exceed customer expectations Own AS9100 compliance, supplier quality, and audit readiness Partner globally across engineering, production, and supply chain to build bulletproof quality systems Think big and act boldly, we’re counting on your insight to improve processes, tools, and team culture Be hands-on, proactive, and decisive; Because quality at NTi isn’t a checkbox, it’s a mindset Who you are A strategic, people-first leader with 5+ years in quality management (aerospace or advanced manufacturing = major plus!)
