Temporary Animal Care & Shelter Assistant

The Valdez Animal Shelter is seeking a temporary Shelter Attendant to support animals, volunteers, visitors and the storefront under the direction of the Chief Animal Control Officer. This non-benefited, part-time position is scheduled for weekends and other shifts as needed, not to exceed 7.5 hours per day, with duties including feeding, cleaning kennels, assisting with adoptions, fee handling, and basic data entry.
