Magazine.****As Knight Federal Solutions continues to grow, we look forward to hiring the best and the brightest to join us in our success!**Job Purpose: - The Data Engineer at Knight Federal Solutions Inc will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient data pipelines and architectures to support various business operations and decision-making processes. This role requires a strong understanding of data engineering principles and the ability to work with complex data sets to transform and integrate data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will have a TS SCI with CI Poly clearance and a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business insights and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, construct, test, and maintain architectures such as databases and large-scale processing systems. - Ensure data architecture supports business requirements and is scalable and sustainable. - Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve data quality and accessibility. - Implement data collection, transformation, and storage strategies to optimize data flow and collection. - Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery. - Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics. - Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data engineering practices.## QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required Experience: - 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role. - Proven track record of working with complex data systems and architectures. - Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Demonstrated experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
