Occupational Therapist

The Judge Group Inc

Responsibilities:
Perform patient care assessments
Complete recertifications and discharges
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using HCHB

Requirements:
Active Washington (WA) Occupational Therapist License
Home health experience required
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required
