Responsibilities of the Position:

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers at the sales counter
• Help contractors and DIYers find the right building materials for their projects
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Work with a supportive team to meet customer needs and company goals

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Someone who can take initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of building materials preferred
