Pay is determined by job‑related factors such as experience, tenure, market level and performance. In California, the listed range reflects the expected pay upon hire. In New Jersey, security and walk time will be paid to non‑exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage. Full‑time employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) on the date of hire. Part‑time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked an average of at least 17 hours per week are also eligible for these benefits. Employees may receive up to $5,250 per calendar year in educational assistance after completing 90 continuous days of employment.
