School Bus Driver

Position Overview: As a School Bus Driver at Ontario Bus Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of children to and from school on both large and small buses. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport children to and from school on a daily basis. Operate both large and small school buses, following all safety protocols. Ensure children’s well-being and adhere to all state and local safety guidelines. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with children, parents, and fellow team members. Qualifications: MUST possess a valid CDL B or C with ‘P’ and ‘S’ endorsements. Ability to pass the required DOT physical examination. Must be compassionate and comfortable working with children. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage ($25.00 - $29.00 per hour based on experience). Paid time off and paid holidays. Guaranteed weekly hours. Referral bonuses. $4,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates (must have CDL B, P, and S endorsements). Health insurance options. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift.
