This full-time, contract position for the 2026-2027 school year focuses on supporting high school students and helping guide their success. Work Monday through Friday, with hours totaling between 32 and 37.5 weekly, and lend your skills and passion in a supportive environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Active certification in Special Education (state requirements must be met)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably at the high school level
• Commitment to individualized instruction and IEP compliance
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to each student’s unique needs
• Excellence in record keeping, planning, and educational documentation

Your contributions will include:

• Managing a high school caseload, delivering tailored instruction to meet students’ IEP goals
• Developing engaging lesson plans and modifying curriculum as needed
• Collaborating in IEP meetings with families and education teams
• Supporting students both in mainstream and specialized settings
• Implementing strategies and accommodations for academic and behavioral success
• Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with all policies
