This is a hands-on desktop support role focused on providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a smooth desktop computing experience across the organization.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and supporting a fast-paced IT environment.What You'll Be Doing* Configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices* Provide support through the IT Help Desk via phone, chat, and in-person interactions* Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues* Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system* Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and peripherals* Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary* Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and equipment replacements* Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base articles* Support users with technology questions and provide basic training when needed* Maintain service levels and effectively manage assigned ticket queuesRequired Qualifications* Experience working with a ticketing system such as **ServiceNow*** Strong troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals* Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts* Experience providing customer-facing technical support in a professional environment* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional IT teamsPreferred Qualifications* Experience supporting macOS environments* Familiarity with Active Directory* Experience with remote support tools and device imaging solutions* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field* CompTIA A+ or Microsoft desktop support certifications *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
