We are a Local family owned landscape company looking individuals that are self-motivated, skilled, detail-oriented, that enjoy working outside and would like to grow with us. We provide services to mostly residential homes, such as irrigation maintenance and repairs, drinage solutions, terrace patios, paver patios, outdoor kitchens, landscape maintenance, landscape lighting, Retaining Walls and other masonry work.

We have several full-time openings for :
Experienced Landscaping Foreman - 2 years+
Landscaping Technicians - 1 years+

Hardscape Foreman - 2 years+

Hardscape Technician - 1 year+

You Must have proven experience with an actual landscape company.

Experience IS required.

• Previous landscape experience in irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience is required
• A valid Driver license is required if applying for the foreman position.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work, it's a MUST.
• Willing to learn new skills, hardworking and reponsible
• Reliable and honest working individual is a must.
• Wages: Lawn & Landscape Laborer $ 15.00 - 20.00/Hr. + OT DOE and skill level
• Bilingual prefer but not required +
• Must be able to use concrete saw, levels, leveling instruments, tape measurement tools, stone grinder(s) and other hardscape related tools and equipement
• Must be able to use the trimmer(s), edgers, push mowers, walkbehind or ride On mowers, experiance with drainage, lighting, stone work or installation of natural stones.
• Must be able to learn how to use other equipement
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• This is a 1099 Job

You don't quailfy IF :

• Two of your last three jobs are NOT in the landscaping industry.
• feel the need to use the phone constantly while at work.
• only have done landscaping at your paw paw's farm or home.
• you don't know the difference between a paver or brick.
• unable to take the heat or you get tired easily.
• you like resting at home a lot.
• unable to be at work on Time.
• unable to follow instructions
