This role involves following recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards. Bakers will need to be available to work early hours to meet operational timelines.The Baker prepares and bakes bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules. They measure, mix, and scale ingredients with accuracy and consistency. They operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely. They monitor product quality, taste, and presentation standards. They maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and prep areas. They store ingredients properly and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. They coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods.At least one (1) year of related kitchen service experience required.The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
