A high-performing ophthalmology practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist to join its growing surgical team as part of a retirement backfill opportunity .

This role provides immediate access to a well-established patient base, strong referral network, and high surgical volume , including cataract, premium IOL conversions, and LASIK procedures.

The practice operates in a modern, high-efficiency environment with an on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and is currently expanding surgical capacity with additional operating room infrastructure.
