Assembler Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Assembler Experience Requirements

• 2 years of experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.

Assembler Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• As an Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
• You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
• An Assembler supports production by assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured components into completed products.
• This role combines technical ability with craftsmanship, organization, and attention to detail.
• The Assembler works with assembly drawings, production equipment, and quality standards while maintaining accurate, consistent work throughout the manufacturing process.
