Responsibilities Prepare budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model. Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop cost strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Foster relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Why join us? Experience in commercial construction. Proficiency in pre‑con software (MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM360, etc.). Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
