We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This role focuses on supporting client relations, brand communication, event representation, and public-facing initiatives that help strengthen client visibility and professional reputation. Responsibilities Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets. Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on public perception and media trends. Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns and events.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in public relations or related discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
