POSITION: Occupational Therapist: Out-Patient Rehab Center

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

Shift Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a - 4p

Years of Experience Required: 2 years

Weekend Requirement: No weekends

Charting: EPIC experience required

RTO, Block & Scheduling Requests: Must be included at the time of submission.

Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

Locals Accepted: Yes, locals accepted at the same rate.

Holiday Requirement: No holidays

REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

Pending/Active NJ license or NJ Compact Privilege at the time of submission.

Required Certifications: Include with submission: BLS

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

Work Settings: Adult Outpatient; Orthopedics; Arthritis program; CVA (Stroke) Rehabilitation; Upper Extremity

Billing/Documentation: Assessment; Discharge; Plan of Care; Reassessments

Professional Skills and Knowledge: Home Exercise Program; Lifting and transfer; Patient/Family Education; Safety and injury prevention
