US CIBINQO HCP & Messaging Lead

ROLE SUMMARY

CIBINQO (abrocitinib) is an oral JAK inhibitor for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). CIBINQO launched in the US in 2022 and has blockbuster potential over the LRF. The US CIBINQO HCP & Messaging Lead is an exciting opportunity for the right marketer to join a talented agile and innovative marketing team.

The CIBINQO HCP & Messaging Lead is a critical role on the team leading all US HCP tactics messaging evolution strategy field force engagements and tactical execution. The colleague will formally manage a team of 4 direct reports in addition to working closely with global cross-functional and agency partners to maximize growth of the brand.

The ideal candidate will have significant US HCP marketing experience including launch and immediate post-launch experience. He/she should also have a proven track record of delivering business performance in competitive environments and leading through complexity. People management experience is preferred but not required. The role reports to the US CIBINQO Lead and will interface closely with various members of the Dermatology franchise and LT.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities of the CIBINQO HCP & Messaging Lead include but are not limited to:

• Lead a team of 4 direct reports across HCP marketing and messaging evolution
• Develop HCP core strategy and vision
• Plan for potential future indication launches
• Prioritize growth opportunities and manage budget to maximize ROI
• Lead relevant BAT workstreams to grow JAK class and brand market share
• Manage AOR and Med-Ed agency partnerships to effectively maximize opportunities and meet business needs
• Prepare for and defend again competitive shifts and new entrants to the therapy area
• Drive decisions and strategy around message development new creative campaign rollout and execution across HCP channels
• Develop promotional materials based on customer insights and close collaboration with medical business analytics and sales colleagues
• Develop and foster KOL relationships
• Lead relationship with relevant Patient Advocacy Groups
• Deliver against financial expectations for the brand

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 8 years of marketing and/or consulting experience (including significant US marketing experience)
• Bachelors (BS/BA) required MBA preferred
• Ability to understand customer needs extract key insights and translate into meaningful strategies and results
• Strong business acumen and ability to effectively lead and influence a cross-functional team
• Prior formal people management experience preferred
• Ability to work with and manage external stakeholders organizations and societies
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership presence

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA preferred
• Dermatology I&I or Specialty marketing experience
• People leadership

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• US based role with primarily domestic travel of up to 25%

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $189200.00 to $315400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
