Pick & Pack / General Labor
Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking dependable and motivated Pick & Pack / General Labor Associates to join our team in Roanoke, TX.
We are looking for reliable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This position involves picking and packing products, preparing shipments, moving materials, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and productivity. Pay Rate: 1st Shift: $17.00/HR
2nd Shift: $18.00/HR
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments

Responsibilities:

Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders
Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
Prepare products for shipment
Load and unload materials and products
Receive and put away incoming inventory
Move products and materials throughout the distribution center
Assist with inventory movement and organization
Verify product quantities and maintain accuracy
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed
Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals
