About This Role
If you're passionate about working with young children and providing a nurturing environment, consider joining our team at CLECC! We're seeking a dedicated teacher to work with our Toddlers/Waddlers (ages 1-2) and offer a 40-hour workweek with excellent benefits. Our beautiful facility in Hebron provides a fun and positive work environment.

What You'll DoCollaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that meets the needs of our young learners.
Design and implement individual and group activities that encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth in our students.
Utilize the Brightwheel app to maintain open communication with families and keep them informed about their child's daily experiences.
Maintain a tidy and organized classroom that promotes a sense of calm and focus.
Adhere to all center policies and state regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
RequirementsMust pass a full background check and complete a health screening.
Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and foster a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
A strong understanding of child development.
Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
Must complete online health and safety course within 60 days of hire.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Nice To HavesHaving an Associate's or Bachelor's degree can be beneficial, but it's not a requirement for this position.
