How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver Essential, High-Quality Care: You will be on the front lines, providing direct, compassionate nursing care in alignment with established professional standards and protocols, ensuring every patient receives safe and effective treatment.
• Drive Patient Outcomes: Take ownership of the healing journey by implementing, rigorously monitoring, and actively adjusting individualized patient care plans to achieve the best possible results.
• Serve as the Care Coordinator: Function as the primary leader and central hub, bridging communication and ensuring seamless collaboration across physicians, specialists, and all multidisciplinary team members for holistic patient care.
• Critical Assessment and Action: Utilize your expert clinical observation skills to monitor, document, and communicate a patient’s condition, and execute physician and nursing orders precisely as part of a comprehensive care strategy.
• Plan for Success: Champion the patient's transition by proactively assessing needs and coordinating discharge planning with the patient, their family, and the broader healthcare team to ensure a successful recovery and continuity of care

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
