Job Description Job Details: Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Location: Alpena, Michigan Employment: Type: Permanent | Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend per month On-Call: Discussed during interview Pay: $37.00+/hour (based on experience) + Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a 2-year commitment Qualified Physical Therapists seeking a stable outpatient opportunity with strong compensation, a significant sign-on bonus, and a supportive team environment are encouraged to apply. Position Summary The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, implement, and modify individualized treatment programs in accordance with physician orders, physical therapy standards, and organizational policies. This position also provides supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students while promoting safe, effective, and evidence-based care. -> Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Adjust plans of care based on patient progress and tolerance Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, exercises, and home programs Supervise PTAs, therapy aides, and students as appropriate Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Participate in program development, team conferences, and process improvement initiatives Promote physical therapy services through patient and community education -> Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher Active Physical Therapist (PT) license Ability to obtain BLS certification within 1 month of hire (highly preferred at time of submission) Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical environment -> Work Environment Primarily outpatient rehabilitation Occasional float to acute care Monday-Friday schedule with excellent work-life balance Supportive interdisciplinary team Technology-driven organization with electronic documentation -> Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $37.00/hour, with higher rates based on experience $20,000 sign-on bonus Full-time permanent position Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and patient-centered culture ~JB Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
