Operate pasteurizer to ensure product is pasteurized and safe at or above production and quality standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate pasteurizer in compliance with state and federal guidelines Obtain milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and processed product Wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as needed Produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batches Follow recipe guidelines for all products produced.
