Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security‑related policies at the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted manufacturing and industrial areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and access points, with attention to security‑related concerns that may arise in the working environment. Support vehicle and delivery access procedures by confirming approvals, observing incoming and outgoing traffic, and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
