What You’ll Do
- Plan, schedule, and oversee landscape installation projects
- Lead and mentor installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while exceeding customer expectations
- Read and interpret landscape plans to ensure accurate layouts and installations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding schedules, project progress, and specific needs
- Coordinate daily with management and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, professionalism, and craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Landscape Horticulture or a related field or 2+ years of landscape installation experience
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise crews
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and layouts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
- Commitment to safety and following company policies
