This summer program is offered in partnership with the Nashua School District and the YMCA of Greater Nashua. Responsibilities Plan and facilitate structured enrichment activities Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Support student engagement and positive behavior Collaborate with Site Directors and program staff Qualifications Experience working with elementary-aged children required Background in education, youth development, coaching, arts, or related field preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Background check required Power Scholars Academy is committed to supporting academic growth, building confidence, and providing meaningful summer learning experiences for Nashua students.
