What You'll Do Safely transport students with developmental or behavioral challenges Follow assigned routes and adjust for delays or emergencies Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Document trip logs, attendance, and incidents Communicate clearly with dispatch, schools, and families Respond appropriately to behavioral situations and emergencies Support charter and school-related transportation as needed What We're Looking For Age 25+ with a clean driving record Available Monday-Friday for split shifts (5:30-9:00 AM and 12:30-4:30 PM) Night & Weekend Hours availible Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor Willing to obtain School Bus Certification and CPR (training provided) Must wear company uniform and ID badge while on duty Benefits Competitive pay: $23.25/hour Paid training and certification Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid time off Free uniforms, snacks, and employee discounts Company events and team celebrations Short-Term Leave of Absence Wellness resources Career growth and advancement opportunities Why Home Base Transportation?
