SAGE/MAS 90 experience a plus but not necessary Job Duties . Processing customer orders in system with accuracy and distribution of paperwork to the necessary departments . Processing customer requests for quotes with customers through various channels: phone, email, occasional face to face . Responding promptly to customer inquiries and/or complaints . Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers and vendors . Processing daily end of day invoicing . Processing customer credit card payments . Evaluating customer pricing during order entry and learning to recognize and report problems . When applicable, ordering products for customers from vendors . Follow up and review vendor order confirmations for accuracy and contact the vendor with any issues or questions . Processing customer and vendor invoices . Keeping good notes of customer and vendor interactions . Assisting in maintaining spreadsheets for various tasks . Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary . Assisting owner and warehouse with special projects as assigned
