Assembler

Material Handler / Assembly Requires excellent eyesight due to the handling of very small parts. Must be able to lift 20 pounds to shoulder height several times a day. Must be proficient in fundamental arithmetic since they will be responsible for "checking out" and "checking in" inventory. Build printed circuit boards (PCB) using Surfacemount technology and the employee will be responsible for organising the inventory required by each work order. This person will accept a work order then gather all of the parts required to build the respective PCB (printed circuit board). using our proprietary software. These parts will then get loaded onto a mechanical device called a "Feeder", so reasonable physical dexterity is required. All of the parts will be given to a machine operator. When the PCB is complete this person will use our software to adjust the inventory then return the inventory to its proper location (determined by our software).
