About the Position

Job Title: Med-surg Adult Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-surg Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1845-0715 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Current state or multi-state nursing license required Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Must-Have: Approved 6-hour suicide training and verification of demographics from Nursys Description: This is a 13-week contract with hours scheduled from 1845 to 0715. The position requires 36 hours of work per week, with every other weekend off. There is an opportunity to pick up extra shifts as needed. Candidates must be team players and willing to float to other departments as part of the rotation. Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required. Requests for time off must be approved and added to the end of the contract. Holiday coverage will be required. This position is located close to picturesque beaches and a national forest. Housing options are available for candidates seeking accommodation during their assignment.
