What You’ll Do Analyze product demand and forecasts, adjusting inventory and purchasing plans accordingly Determine when to order product or materials to maintain appropriate inventory levels Maintain and analyze inventory records and reports Investigate discrepancies and resolve routine problems Prepare purchasing requisitions Release orders from inventory at customer request as needed What We’re Looking For Solid understanding of inventory principles and concepts Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus — you’ll become a power user here A problem‑solver who takes ownership and follows through Requirements High school diploma or equivalent experience 1+ years of related inventory, supply chain, or operations experience How You’ll Be Measured Inventory turns and carrying costs Production schedule reliability Accuracy, quality, and timeliness of purchasing and reporting Benefits $52,000–$60,000 annual salary, based on experience PTO plus nine (9) paid holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) plan Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Leave (ESST) Consistent schedule with great work‑life balance Friendly, collaborative team environment Personal and professional growth potential within a growing national company Valley Craft Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
