Job Summary and Responsibilities As our OBGYN Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will be a vital part of our patient-centered healthcare team, directly contributing to women's health within a collaborative and supportive environment. Every day you will engage in 36 patient-facing hours per week, providing essential OBGYN services across two conveniently located clinics. Your schedule will be a flexible Monday – Friday, promoting a healthy work‑life balance that is further enhanced by no on‑call duties. To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider with a strong commitment to women's health. Your ability to thrive in a team‑oriented setting, coupled with your exceptional patient care skills, will be paramount. Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis and work with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care. Perform advanced practice procedures. Utilize the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well‑being of the patient. Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. We are offering a guaranteed base salary of $156,735, substantial RVU incentive pay, and a quality incentive bonus, ensuring your expertise is highly valued. Job Requirements 1 year of experience in an OBGYN or advanced practice setting, preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty Master’s Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner, from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program required. Must be a graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for Colorado; and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. RN License required BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN‑P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.
